OUR PROCESS

Step 1

First, we’ll prep your project area’s surface. Our team has the skill and equipment needed to get the job done with ease. Our floor grinders use high-quality diamond tooling under extreme pressure to profile the surface of the concrete and open the pores.

Step 2

We will carefully address any cracks or damaged areas that require special attention using our premium fast-drying crack fillers, which effectively repair virtually any size crack for a seamless finish.

Step 3

Our coating system utilizes strong, flexible Polyurea. This ensures your project’s base coating is installed with maximum adhesion and becomes a permanent part of your floor.

Step 4

Next we throw a full broadcast of vinyl flakes in your chosen color for your project.

Step 5

Once the base has fully cured, we will scrape and gather any loose chips to ensure we achieve a perfectly textured surface, setting the stage for the application of the topcoat.
